   Received the PC in good condition! It’s prebuilt as promised and installed with Windows 11. I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s doing pretty well so far. No noise and the RGBs are going strong. And as a long time user of old hand-me-down PCs, the upgrade is real and I’m very happy with my purchase. Strangely enough, the ram sticks weren’t installed. So I had to find them and they were still in their box. I installed the ram just fine.

   Do note that the PC comes with all the product boxes of your computer parts, like the box for your motherboard and stuff, so don’t throw them out because I was able to find a three-pin power cord, one SATA cable, and a weird triangle stand thing to make a GPU stand (no GPU sagging in this house, said MSI).

   I found the cable management to be pretty neat. But like a racoon, I had to carefully cut the zip ties to plug in my SSDs. The glass that came with the PC case didn’t crack actually, which is cool. Also, no damage when I received the PC but I *did* hear tiny screws clinking and clanking inside. Not sure what they were for but I just took them out and nothing really fell, so I don’t know what they were originally for…

   And like people said on FB and Reddit, I had to be patient since I ordered mine near New Year’s (a holiday so that’s a delay) + PC delivery times from BTZ is generally slow, but the price is worth it. My SYLPH’s still standing so I give it a 5/5.

   NOTES:
   • Expect to receive your new PC within a month/a week or two beyond the estimated delivery date.
   • Apply the above rule to customer support. The reply times I got vary from a day to a few hours regarding logistics and “Order is with a concern” (it just needed an extra fan, apparently), so don’t expect an on-time response.
   • You have any SSDs or HDDs you want to attach to your new PC? Ask BTZ to keep the power supply cables accessible for your storage so you don’t have to cut the zip ties.
   • This PC is powerful yet bare since this doesn’t include a GPU. Consider getting SYLPH if you have spare parts to make this a beast or to customize it to your liking. Remember: this PC emphasizes “UPGRADABLE,” not “startable”/start here.
