Order Status Guide
- On Hold – Waiting for payment or confirmation. Item or order will only be allocated upon payment is received.
- Friendly reminder when sending payments proofs for direct deposit or partial please minimize sending it multiple times, specially if more than 3x may flag your email as spam.
- Processing – Order confirmed, item being allocated and prepared for shipment.
- Completed – Order delivered and received by the customer.
- Cancelled – Payment declined, timed out, or item sold out at checkout. Please reorder if still available.

Is the website updated?
Yes. All pricing and availability are regularly updated. Orders are confirmed after checkout to ensure accuracy.
What are Inquire First or Branch Stocks?
Stocks sourced from physical branches and warehouses for walkin clients and can be reallocated for online orders. If central warehouse stocks arrive earlier, we automatically switch to ship faster.
What are In Stock at Online Warehouse?
Items available in our local online warehouse dedicated for customers from our website. This is to ensure faster dispatch and inventory accuracy. If sold out, we switch the listing to Inquire First if our branches still have stocks or Out of Stock.
What are Critical Stocks?
Items with only 1–2 units remaining or temporarily unavailable and we may subscribe on product page for waitlist and be notified once restocked.
How is Cash on Delivery handled?
COD is available nationwide up to ₱20,000, excluding large items like monitors, cases, laptops, and furniture.
For higher-value items, we offer partial or full payment COD up to ₱100,000.
How long is the delivery timeframe?
Delivery varies depending on item type and location. Estimated time is visible before checkout from 3 to 7 business days standard delivery. We may also consider our 24hrs badges for rush orders and Instock items for more accurate delivery timeframe. While there are type of orders that may also extend due to some extra processes like the following:
- PC Builds: +1–3 business days for assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Laptops with pre-installed software: +1–2 business days.
- Visayas & Mindanao Orders: +1–3 or more business days depending on courier routes.

What is Bus Waybill Delivery?
We partner with Partas, Florida, Victory Liner, Genesis, Baliwag, Five Star, and Dominion.
This option is terminal pickup only, not door-to-door.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All items sold and fulfilled by BTZ are 100% authentic and brand new, sourced only from authorized distributors in the Philippines. We may check brand respective websites Where to Buy section for verification like the following: Gigabyte, Asrock etc…
Why didn’t I receive any order update?
BTZ’s automated e-commerce system now sends real-time updates directly to your Dashboard. Manual follow-ups are no longer required. We don’t do chat update. We may be notified via email if a status update is posted on your My Account Dashboard. But if we we want to reachout with our customer service we may still reachout.
