Is the website updated?

Yes updated pricing and availability. Orders are subject for confirmation or clearance after checkout if in case there is a website availability bug.

What are Overseas Stocks?

Stocks from abroad. Local brand warranty thru our fulfillment may still apply. If local stocks arrived earlier than order from abroad,  we switch the availability status to domestic and ship the order from domestic stocks. 

What are Domestic Stocks?

Stocks currently available within local showroom, warehouse and distributors. If sold out local, we switch availability to overseas or out of stock.

What are Critical Stocks?

Stocks sold out or below 1-2 items available. We allocate this for buffer stocks [we use this stocks for warranty replacement] or the stock is not yet available for shipping due to courier availability ie Tubes beyond 1 meter is not available to ship via courier available and Furnitures can be shipped via trucking only.

How is Cash on Delivery?

Our cash on delivery is nationwide for up to Php 25,000.00 amount except large packaging items like monitor, chassis, laptops and furnitures. If not available you may consider our partial payment and full payment via cash on delivery up to Php 100,000.00. Thank you 

How long is the delivery timeframe?

Delivery timeframe may vary on stock status. You may check the estimated delivery timeframe before add to cart button.

  • Multiple item orders for PC Build may take longer than usual or 1-3 business days longer than estimated delivery timeframe. This is due to assembly, testing and more complex packaging process. 
  • Laptop units with requested applications may take longer than usual by 1-2 business days longer than estimated timeframe.
  • Orders in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao may take longer than usual or around 1-3 business days longer than estimated delivery timeframe.

We ship via Partas, Florida, Victory Liner, Genesis, Baliwag Transit, Five Star and Dominion.

How is the 24-48 Hours Express Delivery for Luzon Selected Areas Only? Under Testing Phase for Selected Areas in Luzon Only. We may coordinate with our customer service if we avail this feature.

Our 24-48 hours express delivery labeled products is processed via multiple logistics like LBC courier to Grab Delivery or Lalamove, we may realign our options to deliver the item within 24-48 hours. Still under beta phase, but we’re working closely with our logistic partners to meet the delivery timeframe. We go extra mile on monitoring this process and as of now Cash on Delivery is not available for this option due to some logistics restrictions. Add #BTZ48hrs on order notes to assure this will be sorted immediately. Thank you

Order placed from 4PM onwards will be processed next day delivered up to 48 hours on selected areas.
