Tracking numbers don’t reflect in real-time on the partner logistics website due to the process of bulk orders from the fulfillment branch to the courier hub. Unlike normal delivery where tracking starts from the seller’s nearest courier branch location to the end user. Our order courier tracking starts from the nearest courier hub to the end user.
Therefore, orders from our nearest fulfillment branch to the courier hub will not reflect on the partner logistics hub until the item is shipped out from the courier hub. And order is en route to the client location prior to the tracking number posting on the courier hub website.
Note: We may encounter delayed transfer of orders to the courier hub due to inclement weather, unprecedented transportation issue, and the distance of the fulfillment branch to the nearest courier hub.
The timeframes and days mentioned are only business days not including weekends. Logistics and couriers don’t operate on weekends.
