What prompted me to rate this 3, is because of the one installed on Lian Li chassis. One of the fans suddenly produced a rattling sound out of nowhere. The PC was never sagged nor moved while it is turned on. I have already sent a video regarding the issue, but I was informed to try it on Razer Tomahawk. I mean, how will it fix the rattling sound just by transferring it to another PC? Mind you, the one of Razer Tomahawk is working well, no rattling sound on the fans or anything, and both PCs have the same GPU. And I don\’t have any time to transfer what\’s in Lian Li to Razer Tomahawk. What frustrates me is that, why is it not enough for the warranty to take action given the evidence provided to them? Sure it\’s just one more fans, but they can be some factory defect or something. So yeah just 3, and I\’m not rating for the device, I\’m rating for the shop\’s warranty viability.
