The 1000w one came in with white cables! Didn't need it, since I bought extensions, but it was nice to have!

Not good, they did not have a way to determine if it had white cables inside or black which is the only reason I ordered it from this shop. I got black cables when I specifically and repeatedly asked for White cables. I assumed they had a way to determine it without opening the box but I guess I was wrong. Now I probably have to get a replacement or buy extension cables which will cost additional expenses.

Thank you for the feedback and we’re now reaching out Seasonic to add this on area of improvement on adding details for future stocks. As this model comes with two variants black and white cables however as retailers we can’t unseal stocks until sold or with client permission. Thank you for raising this concern and will definitely notify the brand.

I was expecting that the sleeves are white but turn out that it is all black.

Since most Seasonic power supplies are sealed and we only do physical box inspection before release we will further investigate as this was isolated concern we just heard from this recent released item.
