Website customer service is only responsive in the beginning, after a week or so it doesn’t reply anymore. odered on april 1, receive on april 22. CS told me to expect shipment on the 2nd week (april 6-10) but never happened ,order only in Transit to NCR Logistic Hub on the 13th day is longer-than-expected. No complaints about items delivered( package is good) only the CS and delivery timeline sucks. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. For the delay you’ve experienced. This was due to the Holy Week, during which we had previously announced days before, that a temporary pause in our operations will be observed. Orders placed during this period were scheduled to be processed afterward.
Additionally, delivery timeframes may be slightly longer, especially for island locations, as logistics can take extra time.
