This product also arrived well, but if I’m being honest, it wasn’t in it’s best condition.
A single screw on the top PC fan frame was stuck. I decided not to force it any further as I feared I would totally strip the screw head.
Also, I think that the motherboard screws included in this chassis might be wrongly labelled as using them resulted in 2 of them getting stuck in 2 other screw threaded inserts. But know that is definitely a manufacturer error rather than a retailer’s.
All in all, understand that this most likely isn’t or will not be the same for all units. I probably just got the short end of the stick in this situation.
Other than that, it works and looks great with my PC build.
In addition, customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered – like no other.
