Nag offer sila ng ibang model like the B chipset series motherboard but mas prefer ko talaga ang Z chipset series motherboard for overclocking. So, no other option kaya refund na lang. Kaya ayun napabili nalang ako sa ibang store kahit mas mahal. Pero kahit ganun nangyari, all goods parin lalo sa service nila, napaka accommodating. Thanks ng marami.

I ordered on Nov 27, it was processed on Nov 28, and got it by Nov 29 in Quezon City which is amazingly fast. The item was packed properly and it arrived safely. It comes complete with the box and accessories and also the receipt for warranty. Had some issues booting in the beginning but I manually flash back the bios. I was informed that they update the bios before shipping out but maybe it was not done correctly. I had to change the USB to Fat32 format and set it as MBR. It booted and then it updated stuff regarding Thunderbolt. (i5 13500, Teamgroup DDR5 5200). Everything is working great so far despite seeing some WHEA errors in HWInfo. I had to remove the top m2 heatsink to fit the Thermalright PA120 SE with 1 Phanteks T30. I specifically bought this for the TB4 feature for my portable monitor. It has a PCIE pass-through (but not direct as compared to the Z690i Unify method) so that I can use only 1 cable for my monitor for data and power while still utilizing the dGPU for gaming. There can be occasional black screens that's why I opted to use HDMI for fewer problems (and disabled PCIE pass-through in the bios). However, I can still use the TB4 connection for display and power when I'm on the go and do not need gaming performance. For the price of ~10k, this is a great board for Intel 12th/13th/14th gen with Thunderbolt. Just be wary of the height of the M2 stack and the use of the daughterboard for more ports. Ideally, this should also have 3 M2 support but 2 is enough for me.
