arrived well packed, no damages, functioning, no issues so far, i think this is the most affordable 2k IPS 165HZ, for 1440p gaming will give further review upon usage
performs well, no dead pixels, i am not able to tell if the amd freesync is recognized by my amd driver software, as the freesync enabled does not appear on my software, but overall the cheapest ips 1440p 27inch monitor i have seen. 👍
very satisfied with the item except for delivery.
Ordered a PC from Bermor and bought this monitor from them as well last February, less than 6months later the monitor just died, first the colors started to bleed out then less than 5 days later it just died, backlight was still working but the display itself was not, I tried to file a warranty claim since it was less than 6 months old but their customer service was absolutely horrendous, they take forever to reply and the whole process was just so tedious and time consuming that I just said fuck it and bought a new monitor, this whole fiasco happened on August, and here we are now in October, I did not throw the monitor away, I still have it with me, since their 6months warranty has already passed, I decided to open up the dammed thing and what I found was absolutely upsetting, there were some scratches on the edges where the back and front cover meet, there were screws missing from within the monitor and some of the tape that holds the digitizer in place is ripped, as if someone had already been inside this monitor and repaired it before, based on what I found, it looks like the one I received was a refurbished monitor, makes me wonder what other part of my PC was refurbished if there are some. I also did my first clean on my PC, I had them build it as well, what I saw was that they did not screw the motherboard on completely and there were only 3 screws holding my motherboard in place, some parts of my case was also rusted, nothing major, but still very upsetting since you’re paying for brand new parts and what your getting are these items that are either refurbished or probably returned items.
Greetings!
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. All items we sell are brand new, and we take your concern very seriously. We’ve already coordinated with Viewplus for investigation and, as a precaution, have returned all remaining monitors while awaiting their response.
