Well first things first, monitor was well packed. Upon unboxing, monitor is secured but I was confused about the base as the advertised base holder was V shaped while I received a square type. Reps already told me the promotional confusion so that’s that. Unfortunately while assembling the monitor, the plastic cap located at back of the mount of the monitor is damaged. 2 of the 3 hinges to secure the plastic cap are broken. Kind of flimsy on that area so probably the reason why it broke off. But quality of the curved monitor is great and it’s huge. It was a steal for the promotional price. Only disappointment was with the flimsy quality of the plastic cap. Anyways, that is where super glue comes in.

Package well secured with bubble wrap and fragile sticker. Nakuha ko promo 50% kahit kumpara sa ibang store. Binawasan nga lang order ko isa lang daw per client kasi promo kaya parang baliktad ata pero siguro for marketing yung promo kaya luging lugi din sila pag marami kunin. Pero ok lang super steal na kuha ko.
