(Same review for all my orders – 3 items). The products are great 5 stars. No damage to the boxes. But the tracking system, process, and delivery are poor (in my case at least). My order took a total of 15 days. Even if weekends are not counted, it was still longer than expected. Anyway, prices here are lower than most PH stores and they offer some products unavailable in Lazada/Shopee. I would want to order more if I wouldn’t have to wait this long. Hoping for improvements in the future.
